Damaged or faulty items
Please contact us . If we cannot easily resolve the problem we can arrange a return, exchange or refund. In this instance where product is either faulty or damaged, costs to return the product are paid by us.
Change of mind
Changed your mind about a product you've bought? We've got you covered. If you've got your receipt and the product's brand new and hasn't been used or opened, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. Just reach out to us first before you do. You've got 14 days from the day you bought it. Remember, you're responsible for the cost of sending it back, along with any costs to send out a new one. Also, the item is your responsibility until it gets to us. Sadly, we can't be held responsible if it gets lost on the way back to us. That's why we suggest using a delivery service that can be tracked and insures you for the value of the goods.
