What are the shipping charges

• FREE DELIVERY When you spend over $75.00

• Our Shipping charge is a flat rate of $7.50 nationwide . This is for tracked non signature courier delivery.

You can add as many items to the cart as you like for this rate

We make every effort to process orders promptly, usually within 24hrs weekdays

How Long Will Delivery Take

Our delivery is a bit slower (not overnight). Most South Island deliveries take 2-3 days and North Island deliveries take 3-5 days. These are just targets, though.

We track all our deliveries and send you an email to let you know when your parcel is on its way. If you live in a rural area, your delivery may take a little longer.

Please note that we don't ask for a signature on delivery. When you place an order, you're giving our couriers permission to leave your parcel in a safe place. Neither Andalucia nor our courier will be responsible for any parcels tampered with, lost, or stolen after delivery.

• If you have a special or safe place to leave delivered parcels please advise us - We will make sure it is noted on the parcel

Where is Stock Held

We hold all products listed in our store at our Southland NZ warehouse.  Your order will be supplied and shipped from there.

My Parcel Hasn't Arrrived

It doesn't happen often but occasionally a parcel goes astray.  Contact us if you feel it is taking too long and we will begin a search with our delivery agent  We are committed to ensuring a safe and pleasant buying experience, this includes when things don't go quite as planned!
